PhD in Architecture UNAM, Master degree cum laude on heritage UG, DAC Specialized La Cambre-Belgium. With more than thirty years of professional experience, she is a consultant for World Heritage assessment and monitoring missions. With more than thirty years of professional experience, she is a consultant for World Heritage assessment and monitoring missions. She founded and directs Cali Consultores as well as CIGEPAC – Center for Research and Management in Cultural Heritage where background files are handled, as well as research and museology. Is Professor of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (UACH) researching into the historical territorial occupation applied to the new planning. She has lectured in more than fifty seminars, congresses and scientific meetings both in Mexico and in América, Europe, Africa and Asia, and has more than thirty publications related to heritage in newspapers, magazines and specialized books. For more than two decades she has specialized in studies related to the Camino Real in the area of the Septentrion Novohispano (North of Mexico), a part of what has now become a World Heritage.
