Architect, Master on Restoration of Monuments of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Consultant with more than twenty-five years of experience in project management, research, heritage education and conservation, she has realized selected completed projects in Venezuela and Europe She worked on the preparation of tentative list for UNESCO World Heritage; Advisory for the Congress of the Republic of Venezuela, Culture Commission. She is member of the ICOMOS Venezuela since 1994, is expert member of Cultural Routes CIIC, representative in the Working Group on Climate Change and Heritage and Venezuelan member for International Committee for Conservation of Industrial Heritage (TICCIH). She has participated as lecturer in numerous seminars, congresses and scientific meetings in Europe, Africa and Asia, and published numerous articles, especially on Cultural Routes. Her research interests include approaches to conservation and management of Cultural Routes: “Cocoa Route”, “Education for vulnerable groups in Climate Change” and Conservation strategies for 20th Century architecture in South América.
